Software Engineering Manager

Werner is a highly experienced Software Engineer and Manager, with a history of successful deployment milestones. He started out developing Web based intranet systems in the early 2000s. He then switched his focus to high-performance back-end technologies to service card switching, money transfers, and transaction reconciliation solutions.

Werner spent nearly 10 years focusing on developing bill payment and beneficiary reference validation systems for Africa’s largest bank. He then spent several years focusing on team management while developing book building solutions for the international fixed income primary markets and investment banks. Most recently, he has focused on solutions aimed at the investment property market. His experience ranges from tailored on-site deployments to cloud-native, serverless solutions, and everything in between. 

Peter Devaney

Peter is a highly experienced project manager with 20 years’ experience in learning solutions and a strong background in requirements gathering, analysis, and implementation. He specialises in learning techology and learning management systems and is our resident technical guru and implementation specialist. 

Daniel Fleissner

Software Developer

Dan has transitioned from a background in mechanical and electrical engineering to software engineering. He is a big picture thinker with a talent for automating processes across multiple business departments.

Dan has worked with relational databases, programmed factory systems, created 3D simulations and emulations of factory conveying systems, and created software tools to automate manual tasks for the creation of engineering drawings, engineering calculations, accounting reports, and procurement purchasing decisions.

When not doing work with Complete Technology Solutions, he works on his own software projects. Currently, he is working on developing the next best dating app.

Blake Gwilt

Blake has over 15 years’ experience in full stack website and web app development. Having developed and maintained a bespoke LMS system, Blake calls on his experience in architecture, implementation, and design to provide technical support, customisation, and implementation solutions.  

Craig Gwilt

Craig has over 15 years’ experience in Information Technology Systems. Over the course of his career he has been involved with systems administration, engineering, deployments and migrations, and has demonstrated strength in managing project implementation and solutions architecture. With a MSP background he has also been involved with level 3 expert product and service technical support.

Beryl Oldham

Managing Director

Beryl Oldham has over 35 years’ experience in organisational learning and development. Before moving into consulting in 2013, she held senior generalist HR, organisational development, and learning and development roles in a range of government, local body, and corporate organisations.

Beryl started exploring learning technology with Docebo LMS. With more than 9 years as a partner with Docebo, Beryl has a deep understanding of Docebo LMS from end-users’ and technical support perspectives. She soon recognised the value of technology solutions and support for enterprise systems with many clients going for “best in breed” and requiring integrations.

As a Certified ROI Professional (CRP) and the New Zealand business partner for Drs Jack and Patti Phillips of the ROI Institute®, Beryl is passionate about proving the value of organisational investments, especially in the technology solutions space.

Vin Porter
Helpdesk and Customer Success Manager

In addition to his excellent analytical skills, Vin has a history of working in IT as a computer technician and programmer, and has recently expanded his role with us by joining our technology team as our Helpdesk hero and troubleshooter.

Vin loves dealing with complex issues where he can demonstrate his superior diagnostic and problem solving skills.

Zac Roberts

Zac has been programming for over 15 years, and is experienced with a broad range of programming languages. He has experience with backend and frontend web design, cloud services, systems thinking, software customisation and documentation, and agile development practices. His interpersonal and problem-solving skills lead to rapid identification of problems by description and thorough, collaboration-driven solutions.

He is currently pursuing his PhD in web services applications for wireless sensor networks. When not solving software problems or working on his PhD Zac enjoys learning new things, reading books, and challenging himself with tabletop and video games.
